you can get your bands to write songs or albums, play gigs, or promote their music, and you will also have to deal with the odd situation that your bands (being typical musicians) find themselves in...

when you have made enough money you can even start your own record label and start knocking some hits out!

there is also a fully featured forum and in-game email system - complete with address book - so you can discuss your success with other managers - or ask for a bit of help if you're stuck
